This exquisite coffee is our Pacamara lot from Leon Christianakis in Tanzania. This single-estate microlot smells like sweet florals and cooked apple. On the palate, it is sweet and smooth with flavors of sugarcane, floral , and with an apple crispness and a zing of lemon.
