Specialty Coffee Tasting
Went to the specialty coffee tasting and WOW I learned so much information! I took some notes but there is so much to learn from Mehmet, he is SO knowledgeable. I’m pretty new to the specialty coffee world and this was quite the experience. I loved trying the different origins, learning about acidity, and how different factors alter the taste. I plan on taking more classes and would recommend anyone who is even a little curious to try it out!
