This smooth coffee is our third Bolivian single-lot Catuai from Raymondo Ayca at Finca Mathias. This classic washed microlot smells like smooth caramel and maple syrup. On the palate, it is milky and smooth with flavors of milk chocolate, maple syrup, apple with a nutmeg finish. It is the perfect breakfast coffee.
