Our Concept

At Memli Coffee Lab, every roast tells a story — and now, you can taste that story where it begins.

The Memli Brew Bar is our new, reservation-only experience located inside our San Diego roastery. Each one-hour session invites you to explore coffee at its purest form, guided by our baristas.

Our menu is intentionally simple: espresso, pour-over, and milk beverages, featuring our seasonal single-origin coffees.

No sweeteners. No syrups. No alternative milks. Just coffee, water, and milk — elevated through craftsmanship.

What to Expect

1-hour time slot for individuals or small groups (up to 5 people max).
