ECUADOR - PILLCOCAJA TYPICA WASHED
Tasting notes | White grapes, Floral, Blackberry, Praline finish
We are honored and excited to reintroduce you to a very special farm from our dear friend at Pillcocaja in Ecuador for a third year. Together, we are pursuing more quality, traceability, and innovation. This washed Typica lot from Ana Maria and Nicolas smells like sweet praline and white grapes with elegant florals. On the palate, it is sweet and juicy with flavors of white grapes, floral like elderflower, blackberry and a smooth hazelnut praline finish.
