Service Description

Our mission is to help coffee enthusiasts like you to learn more and develop skills to become a coffee connoisseur. Every workshop is unique and comes with personalized brewing assistance and Q&A. Nobody should experience the struggle of making a great cup of coffee as you experienced it in a shop. We will first introduce the principles behind espresso-making: ratios, grind, maintenance, brew time, and temperature. We will taste 3 different doses and 3 different grind sizes to illustrate the theory behind them. Now let's learn how to dial in. I will introduce you to a basic and simple dial-in protocol to tweak your shot based on the taste, shot time, and yield. The second part of the workshop is about milk steaming, frothing, grooming, and pouring. This will include proper pitcher selection, milk, and plant-based alternatives, steaming, frothing, and grooming techniques, and finally some simple latte art. ​Last but not least, we will combine that knowledge you just gained to make the perfect cup, whether you like single espressos or cappuccinos or anything in between.
