Each Madeleine is handcrafted with the finest ingredients, including our own locally sourced free-range eggs, butter, lemon, and sourceable cane sugar, flour, and vanilla pods. Perfect for a sweet snack with your afternoon coffee or as an elegant dessert to share with friends and family. Ours also includes natural organic honey sourced from Guatemalan coffee farms.
 
All the ingredients we use are locally sourced and traceable, like our coffee.
