Hosted by the 2024 Best Coffee Sommelier in America and a top 3 Roaster Coach, this immersive workshop is designed for coffee enthusiasts of all levels who are eager to explore the intricacies of creating the perfect blend. In this hands-on experience, you’ll begin by learning the fundamentals of coffee tasting and blending. You’ll have the opportunity to test and taste a variety of exceptional coffees, each with its own unique flavor profile. You'll discover how different beans, roast levels, and origins interact to create complex and delightful blends. Once you’ve grasped the essentials, the fun truly begins! You’ll start crafting your own coffee blend, experimenting with different ratios and combinations until you find the one that resonates with your personal taste. But the experience doesn’t end there. After crafting your first batch, you’ll fine-tune and adjust your blend, making the necessary tweaks to curate a coffee that truly represents you. Finally, you’ll bag, label, and seal your custom blend, creating a personal coffee masterpiece that you can take home and share—or keep all to yourself! This workshop isn’t just about learning; it’s about creating, experimenting, and connecting with coffee in a deeply personal way. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel your attendance at one of our coffee workshops. In order to be fair to our other attendees and our instructors, we have the following cancellation policy in place: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the workshop date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 3-6 days prior to the workshop date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the workshop date will not receive a refund. If you need to cancel your attendance, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or low attendance. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future workshop.
